The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any face-to-face training or e-learning courses (Terms and Conditions). Throughout the Terms and Conditions HIM(Human Investigation Management). The ACT reserves the right to review and update these periodically.
Ownership & Intellectual property rights
HIM – Human Investigation Management materials are owned by J Kirsten. All intellectual property rights (content and/ or methodology) in all materials available from HIM, and MoU affiliates, approved principle or preferred partners, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the video or audio of all webinars and podcasts, are owned by the HIM. When you are given access to the HIM Courses or Materials, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials. No HIM content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without J Kirsten or nominated person by J Kirsten prior permission and you may not allow anyone else to access the HIM via your log-in details. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of J Kirsten intellectual property rights. Any violation of such and judgement against the perpetrator(s) will be subject to the full weight of the law including the full legal costs and any other expenses related.
