Training of prosecutors countrywide, focusing on the previous disadvantage areas in all aspects of criminal law, criminal litigation and court management. This included training of the Police in the investigation and preparation of criminal cases, evaluation and training of aspirant prosecutors.
Extensive training was also given to private and public entities in labour law including the investigation of misconduct, chairing of disciplinary hearings and managing poor performance.
Appointment was made as a result of a training initiative funded by various international organizations to train prosecutors countrywide, restore the trust amongst the previous disadvantaged communities and the public in general in the Criminal Justice System and to pilot and implement various initiatives to enhance the Criminal Justice System and assist communities in crime prevention which included the establishment of specialized courts for example, sexual offences courts, community courts, hi-jacking courts, juvenile courts and care centres for victims of sexual abuse.
Position was as part of a team of five Senior Public Prosecutors which was subsequently increased to 30 Senior Public Prosecutors
