Cycle 2 – Implementing the skill

Repeating the Cycles

The first time users go through the cycle they experience a heightened sense of situational awareness due to picking-up on the physical movement of people more so than what they hear.

This second-cycle stage of the course exercises your ability in your questioning methods in conjunction with what you see. Asking the right question, at the right time for the right reason provides a clear understanding of how a person’s eyes, face and hands talk back to you.

Cycle 3 – Managing other people’s emotions 

Focus on the questioning method and understanding the language that you hear. Paying attention to the words, sound and pitch.This is where you begin to manage emotions by asking specific questions to purposely stimulate reactions.

Cycle 4  – Being able to disguise your Emotions when necessary

Your ability to managing emotions should improve tremendously, and at the same time you may be conscious of wanting to disguise your emotions
