We provide examples of scenarios but the question set must be inline with SPI.
When renting or buying a home surely you would not like to live next door neighbors from hell, or that there is a freeway earmarked to be built in a few months or years which will run next door your new home.

Bob asks, ”Tell me Peter, is everything working properly such as the plumbing, electricity, geyser – any problems what so ever?
”No” says Peter quite happily

” Are the neighbors nice people – do you have any problem neighbours?
”Yes” says Peter quite happily – no problems they are wonderful people”
” When do they collect the garbage ?”
”Friday – no sorry my mistake – I am trying to remember ”
I got confused as the pool man comes to do the pool on a Friday, so yes they collect the garbage on Thursdays.”
I cannot tell them but I have to
”Peter – Is there anything wrong with the house?”, asks Bob
”Is there a problem with the house?” replies Peter
Flashes a display of sadness as he thinks the person will not buy because of the snake
”I had a pet snake escape and I have been trying to find it.
I think it has left the property?”

” I hope that Peter buys the house now as I have to sell now at the price I need to sell it for” thinks Bob

”Peter, I am sure that you will find the snake shortly as the summer begins shortly and it will only be at the end of summer when we will move in”, says Bob.
” Peter, I will offer you a fair price for the house”
